The easiest way to get hole pattern is to take a small piece of paper and make a hole in center just big enough to slide motor shaft thru it. Hold paper flat against motor then using a pencil or crayon lightly rub over the paper making a tracing of the hole pattern. Align the tracing on alum mount and mark the holes.

Tip: I found it easier to line up on the mount if the tracing is cutout, using clear tape will hold it in place while marking and drilling holes. A center punch should be used so drill bit dont wonder on the smooth surface.
